This branch of the Moreys
We are a very close knit family but physically we are spread out across three continents so when we get together we try to enjoy it.
Our newest member...
Darius Morey, pictured here with his grandfather, was born in Australia to Derek and Alexandra on October 3, 2011. He is spending a few weeks visiting his family in the United States.
Parts of our family live in the Kansas City area, Pleasant Hill and Overland Park, Texas, Frisco, McKinney and Friendswood, Groningen in the Neatherlands and Melborne, Australia.
It wasn't that long ago that communication over distances like that was difficult and personal trips faced almost insurmountable barriers. Thankfully we don't live in those times and we do get to see one another now and then and we talk to each other regularly.
